SPARK understands customer’s desire for privacy which is why all our packages are shipped in discreet plain boxes or regular UPS/USPS packaging.
If you wish to avoid shipping charges you can select "Store pick up" during the checkout process or contact us to arrange for store pickup at our Mendocino, California location.
All orders are shipped from our California location.
Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes or International addresses.
Due to shipping companies closing for holidays we are not able to ship on these dates. Please note that shipping delays may happen for orders processed around these days.

If you are not satisfied with your order you can return your product(s) in their NEW and UNUSED condition. An 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any other shipping charges for exchanges. Refunds will be issued on credit cards. Please contact us within 14 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). Items without an RMA will be refused and sent back.
*We strongly suggest insuring your return package as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transport.

We inspect all products prior to shipping but understand that accidents can happen during transportation. If you receive a broken or damaged product please contact us WITHIN 24HRS so that we can provide you with a prepaid label for easy return. A replacement product will be sent as soon as we receive the damaged one.
